2-Year Factory Warranty
A testament to quality, the Ibex 800 S is equipped with a BOSCH® electronic throttle system, which instantly and accurately controls the opening and closing of the throttle body.
Two ride modes, Rain and Sport, give you more control over the riding conditions. In Rain mode, a gentle throttle response improves safety by minimizing tire spin in wet conditions. In Sport mode, throttle response is instant, and engine power output is unrestricted.
When in 4th gear and above, and exceeding 25mph, the rider can switch on cruise control and use the RES and SET buttons to increase or decrease speed. Cruise control is a gamechanger on long stretches of highway. Plus, it improves fuel efficiency.
Grab a fist load of power. The 799cc liquid-cooled inline twin is potent, durable, and fuel efficient. 94 hp ensures abundant passing power. 56.8 lb-ft torque guarantees swift acceleration. You want to go round the world? This is the engine to do it.
It’s not just brighter, it’s more dependable. The focused light illuminates your surroundings, allowing you to see hazards or obstacles well in advance. The LED signal lights and taillights provide instant illumination, making your intentions clear to those around you.
They don’t just make your Ibex 800 S look great. They’re positioned low to create beams of light that minimize reflection and glare. This helps to eliminate the “white wall” effect caused by heavy fog or rain.
The latest 7-inch TFT full-color instrument cluster provides 180° of crystal-clear viewing. All the vital information is here. There’s also Bluetooth to connect to your smartphone for incoming calls, message notifications, music playback, even your navigation app.
Commuting, touring, or venturing off the beaten path, the multipurpose chassis takes you there with confidence. Advanced engineering combined with high quality components and adventure bike geometry create balance and control that make you a more capable rider.
The Ibex 800 S gets high quality European braking components. Front brakes incorporate J.Juan 320mm dual-discs with 4-piston radial calipers. The rear brake is a J.Juan 260mm single-disc with double-piston caliper. Braking is exceptionally well balanced.
“The Bosch electronic fuel injection system offers two ride modes: Sport and Rain. Cruise control and cornering ABS come as standard, with a 7-inch TFT full color display as the interface. The screen is also Bluetooth enabled, allowing connections to smartphones for navigation.” -Dennis Chung, Motorcycle.com
“This brand packs a lot of value into its machines and if you’re in the market for a new adventure motorcycle and want to save thousands over most of the ones available today, you owe it to yourself to go to a CFMOTO dealer and check out the Ibex 800 S and Ibex 800 T in person.” -Motorcycle.com
“The Ibex 800 has a chromoly-steel frame, fully adjustable KYB suspension (front/rear travel is 6.3/5.9 inches), 19-inch front and 17-inch rear aluminum alloy wheels, and J. Juan triple-disc brakes (320mm dual discs up front, 260mm single disc in the rear) with cornering ABS.” -Rider Magazine
“Aside from the specs, it’s a handsome machine. The blunt nose and angled headlights give the Ibex an aggressive and stately look. It’s unique, and yet seems to fit right in with the crowd of V-Stroms, Multistradas, and Ténérés.” -Zach Courts, RevZilla
“CFMOTO is carving out a space in the U.S. market with motorcycles that don't skimp on features but cost less than Japanese and European competitors.” -Lance Oliver, RevZilla
“The mill sits inside a tubular chassis, sprung on KYB upside-down forks (with 160 mm travel) and a KYB monoshock (with 150 mm travel), both fully adjustable. This is complemented by 19/17-inch wheels (F/R) that wear 110/150-section rubber and J.Juan calipers.” -Punya Sharma, TopSpeed
